December 9, 2020 COVID update. The team at Riverside Dental Centre is pleased to inform you we are still open and here to assist you in maintaining your oral health. We are aware that the end of the year is approaching quickly and many dental benefits will be rolling over and most of our patients do not want to lose what they have left this year. We will do our very best to accommodate people who need to see us before January.  We are following very stringent policies to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we can assure you that you will feel very safe when you come for your appointment. We are here for you!

The following is information on our COVID policies. 

We are implementing enhanced infection control protocols above and beyond the stringent policies we already had in place, creating new patient flows to adhere to physical distancing guidelines and wearing the necessary protective equipment to keep all of our patients and staff safe.

Here is what you can expect when you come for your appointment.

* We will reserve early morning appointments for immunocompromised patients.

*The day prior to your appointment you will receive a COVID-19 screening and consent form via text or email to fill out prior to your appointment. 

*When you arrive to your appointment we will kindly ask that you either text or call us when you arrive as our door is locked and one of our team members will let you in. 

*When you enter the building one of our team members will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer, give you hand sanitizer and verify that nothing has changed since you filled out your COVID screening.

*We kindly ask that all of our patients wear masks, if you forgot yours no need to worry, we will provide one to you.
